As part of our Grand Opening, we are offering a $120 comprehensive establishment visit that includes a full, unhurried primary care visit and essential baseline labs (CBC, CMP, cholesterol panel, and A1C), all with no surprise costs. Becoming an established patient also provides access to ongoing care, including sick visits with urgent access when needed, secure patient portal messaging with your provider, and a personalized care plan tailored to your health goals and medical needs.

If paying $120 upfront feels like a stretch, Beach Health Gold™ allows you to get started for as low as $49 per month.
This membership includes a defined set of primary care services each year — such as a comprehensive exam, routine and sick visits, selected labs, and basic in-office services — designed to meet the needs of the average adult. With the exception of your annual wellness exam and lab panel, unused included services roll over, so care is there when life actually happens.
Beach Health Gold™ memberships can be purchased for yourself, a family member, a loved one, or even an employee you want to support. When a membership is purchased on someone else’s behalf, the medical relationship and care agreement always remain directly between the patient and Beach Primary Care & Wellness.
