At Beach Primary Care & Wellness, we believe every adult 18 years and older deserves a trusted primary care provider — someone who listens, coordinates your care, and helps you stay healthy throughout the year.

Through regular visits, your provider can identify health issues early, manage chronic conditions effectively, and help you prevent unnecessary urgent or emergency visits. We focus on preventive care, screenings, and wellness designed to keep you feeling your best in every stage of life.

We accept most major insurance plans and Medicare. For patients without insurance, we offer affordable self-pay options and a comprehensive Beach Health Gold Membership plan.

How to Become an Established Patient

Becoming an established patient at Beach Primary Care & Wellness is simple — our process is designed to make you feel comfortable, informed, and cared for from the very first call.

How the Process Works
  1. Schedule Your First Appointment
Call 910-755-1200 to speak with our friendly front desk team. We’ll help you choose a convenient time and verify your insurance or discuss membership options if you’re self-pay.

  2. Send or Request Your Medical Records
If you’ve been seen elsewhere, we’ll help you request your prior records so your provider can review your past labs, medications, and medical history before your visit.

  3. Meet Your Provider
During your first visit, your provider will review your health history, medications, and any concerns. Together, you’ll create a personalized Care Plan focused on prevention, wellness, and your goals for better health.

If lab work is needed, your provider will order it after your appointment, followed by a brief follow-up phone call to review results and next steps.

  4. Access Your Secure Patient Portal
After your appointment, you’ll receive an invitation to the Patient Portal where you can:
    • View visit notes, test results, and care plans
    • Send secure messages to your provider or nurse
    • Request prescription refills
    • Receive e-prescriptions to your pharmacy
    • Schedule or update future appointments

  5. Continue Your Ongoing Care
Once your first visit and follow-up are complete, you are officially an established patient. From there, you can schedule routine, wellness, or sick visits anytime — always with the same provider who knows your full history.

We look forward to welcoming you to our coastal family of care.
